11/18/07 - Lucy is in a foster home an hour south of Philadelhpia, PA. LUCY is a sweetheart ! Was probably a very pretty dog before neglect.
She has that hoarse old-dog bark.
Has apparently been both a kennel dog & a house dog.
Knows to go into kennel run and up to house door & onto furniture.
Also OK being crated. Don't think she's done much car travel.
Probably already spayed.
