Lucy Lu’s story is sad as so many are but her ending is a very happy one. She was found on July 21st on the side of the 110 freeway. She had been hit by a car and left to die. Lucy had a dislocated hip and a broken femur and was starving to death. She has now had 2 surgeries and is as good as new! Lucy is about 9 months old and is a thai ridgeback mix. She is 30 lbs. and in fantastic shape. She is a lovely dog who adores people and other dogs – especially tiny dogs. The smaller the better for Lucy. She is fine with cats as well.
Lucy must go to a home with dogs. She must be in doors when no one is home as she will find a way to escape if left alone for too long. Lucy is a very special dog who has exhausted all of her “9 lives” so she must go to a super loving and super safe home where she can be pampered and loved for the rest of her life.
