Lucy has just arrived in CT. She is only about 8-9 months old and beautifully marked. Lucy is a gently sweet dog that currently weighs about 35 lbs. She gets along very well with other dogs and ignores cats. Bassets are hound which must be kept on a leash or in a secure fenced in yard or they will follow an interesting scent where ever it takes them. Lucy's adoption fee is $475 which includes the transport fee that we paid to bring her to CT and rescue vet expenses. Lucy has been spayed, microchipped, her shots are up to date, heartworm tested negative, wormed and a flea preventative applied.
Please request a pre-adoption questionnaire if you are thinking about adding sweet Lucy to your family. You are under no obligation to adopt by returning the questionnaire. If you look like a good match for Lucy then we will arrange a home visit where all family members and resident pets can meet Lucy.
We always reserve the right to place each dog in the home we feel will be best for that particular dog. Connecticut adoptions only at this time.
