Our girl Lucy is a young senior, a 7-year-old black lab mix, bringing plenty of energy, enthusiasm and adventure to the party! Within minutes of landing at Lily’s, she discovered the pool and happily jumped right in for a swim.
This sweet girl was picked up by animal control after her owner was evicted, leaving behind Lucy and another dog sibling. Her sibling was picked up by another rescue, but sadly Lucy ended up at the county shelter.
Despite all the changes in her world, Lucy remains a sweet, happy little girl. She’s eager to please, affectionate and captures your heart with her adoring gaze and long, soft ears. She actively seeks attention and loves to be pet. She rides well in the car, sleeping happily in the back, content to be along for the ride!
We are still learning about Lucy and will post more as we get to know her.
