Lovey is a gorgous 16 week old mix pup found as a stray in MS. Our girl is 20 pounds and should be 40 lbs fully grown. Here is what her foster has to say: Happy, energetic and friendly puppy that appears to have been through a lot. Was found in the woods out in the middle of nowhere and was rescued. She is very loving and sweet, friendly and very trainable! This pretty girl is crate trained and learning her housebreaking as well as curbing her puppy mouthiness: a common trait in these breeds! We are a network of foster homes in the South and the New England area. THERE IS NO SPECIFIC SHELTER LOCATION. If you wish to meet our dogs, you must first be approved by going through our application and screening process.
Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs. All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered. Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee. Also, any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the south and will prefer to "do their business" outdoors.
