He has spent a lot of time with other dogs and mostly ignores them. He would love a home as an only dog with one human but can definitely live with another dog. KNOWN WITH CATS: Will ignore them. KNOWN WITH KIDS: Louie is best in an adult-only home. KNOWN COMMANDS: He can sit and take treats and responds well to direction. KNOWN HOUSEBREAKING AND/OR CRATING: Louie is fully housebroken and does not need to be crated. KNOWN LIKES: Louie will choose his favorite person and attach strongly. He will then resource guard that person so he is best suited for an adult-only home without children and with humans who can manage this quirk. He's otherwise a very easy dog but needs someone with a bit of experience to know how to give him his space AND affection. KNOWN DISLIKES: Not getting attention. "" ABOUT THIS ANIMAL: Louie is as cute as he can be. He is great about wearing sweaters which are SO CUTE on him. He's great on a leash and in a car. He can sleep a long night - great for non-morning people. He has few teeth left as he was born genetically bad teeth. But he's gotten great vet care. He LOVES his human so much that he will pick his fave and resource guard on the couch, in the bed, etc. So you just gotta know how to manage him when he gets bratty. Otherwise he's an easy cute boy who will cuddle, walk, car ride with you.
