Her name was Lola, she was a rescue, with pointy ears up in the air like she just don’t give a care! Have you ever seen a cuter short-stack? That’s right–in addition to those pointy ears, this pup has some really small legs to hold up her very loooong body! Lola is a Schnauzer/Dachshund mix hailing from Animal Care Services’ CASA program. Schnauzers are highly regarded for their intelligence, playfulness and loyalty. They are typically easy to train and moderately active, making them well-rounded family companions. One thing to note about Lola is she is a little on the “quieter” side due to a potential hip injury. While nothing is confirmed yet, SNIPSA is dedicated to her care as we search for her forever home. Lola was recently welcomed into foster care, where she spends her time napping, cuddling and eating the best snacks. She is new to our program and is still adjusting to the transition from the street life, but we can already see her sweet personality shining through.
