Woof ! My name is Loki ! Don’t you think i am just the cutest husky pup in the world...ever !?! I am about 5 or 6 months old, with the softest white fur and biggest brown eyes! My brother Kato and I were found by the side of the highway trying to survive by eating garbage. Even though we smelled very skunky, a kind person rescued us and brought us to safety. I was very dirty and skinny but after having a few baths at the groomers, lots of good food and some important vaccinations, i am ready to go to my forever home with YOU ! Right now i am learning how to be a proper pup in my foster home. i like to chase a ball, chew on a denta bone and play with my squeaky lobster. If there is another dog i like to play tug too ! My Momma says i am quite submissive with other dogs which means i don’t always win at tug games !! When i see a cat i like to give it a sniff and play bow and i try to remember they are not toys, but i do like to play bow at almost anything, i am SO happy !
I like to nap lots, i am a growing boy after all. Sleeping all night in a crate is not a problem - i am nice and quiet in there and my foster momma says i am house trained too, although as i am still a baby i might have a few accidents in my new home at first. I eat my supper in my crate too so i know it’s a really cool place to hang out. During the day, if i get tired i just stretch out in the shade for a nap. I don’t make lots of noise like most huskies do, unless it is supper time or time to play with the other dogs then i get very excited !! i am learning to walk on a leash and wear a collar like a real dog and i like to say hi to everyone we meet on our walks. The best thing about meeting new people is they rub my belly and that feels good ! i would let you do that all day too if you want to !
I would love to meet you and show you how cute i can be ! Until then i will keep learning how to be a good boy at my foster home. See you soon !
Adoption Application

NEW HOPE DOG RESCUE is not a shelter. Our dogs are placed in loving foster homes. WE NEED FOSTER HOMES TO HELP MORE DOGS - CONTACT US TODAY!!!
Definitions:
Pending - means that we are working through the adoption process with the 1st applicant. We usually don't add the pending until we are pretty sure the adoption will go through (like at the home visit stage)
On Trial or Trial Visit - means that the dog is in their new home for up to 2 weeks before the adopters need to commit to keeping the dog. We want to make sure that everyone is happy with the new living arrangements! We allow this option for everyone except very long distance adoptions (too far to drive).
Adopted - you know!! A happy ending for a homeless dog. We try to let everyone know when we have the final word. Within about 24 hours, the dog's bio will be moved to our happy tails section!ent with this boy.
