Sweet Liza found herself on the "short list" at the local animal control as a 4 mo old puppy. But Paws swooped in and made her part of the family. This girl has gorgeous eyes and a soulful face that draws you in. She's a playful pup that likes her meals and running around the yard playing with people. A good game of tug of war is everyones favorite. While she has all the puppy energy one would imagine, she also loves to lay next to you and get loved on for as long as your willing to pet her. She MAY also think she's a lap dog haha. Volunteers have been working with her on sit, off (to stop jumping), and leash manners. Liza is going to be a large girl, weighing 33 lb at 16 weeks. And she has paws for days. While puppies can be work, its also a great time to get a new family member. Socialization is key at this point to make them well rounded. They are most open to new experiences and adventures so you can familiarize and teach them your activities. Teach her to swim. Sit on a paddle board. Ride in a kayak. Play fetch or run agility.
