Lila

I’m looking for a home for an adorable eight month old female puppy that I rescued 3 weeks ago. I met Lila as she was being taken away to the Lacy shelter from the USC campus in Boyle Heights. It was obvious she was sweet and loving so I waited the 5-day hold in case her owner claimed her. I felt compelled to save her from a miserable situation. She is now at home with me and my family (which includes Hannah our three year old little cross poodle and Izzy, who belongs to my daughter, visits us 2x week ) until I can find her a permanent home. She has all her shots, has been spayed and micro-chipped. Lila is a Pharaoh Hound Mix. She is around 28 lbs and I was told by the vet that she will eventually be around 50 lbs. She is very smart, wants to please and is very friendly with people and dogs. She’s housebroken and learns quickly. She understands ‘sit’ and 'stay'. AND she loves giving delicate kisses to people and dogs.
