Libby is approximately 3 years old in these pictures taken October 13, 2007. She has been at the shelter since March 2006. Someone found her scared and lost on the street. A shy, but very loving little girl. Libby would be best in a home that doesn't have children under 12 as she frightens easily. She enjoys being with people and does well on a leash. The only problem we have with Libby is that she will climb a chain link fence so the family who adopts her will need a privacy fence.
One of our vets told us that they believe Libby is a Pugeal.
