Meet Lexie! Lexie comes all the way from Azerbaijan (former Soviet Union) to find her happily ever after! Lexie was rescued after being hit by a car, and has come a long way to put those days behind her. Lexie is the cutest compact German Shorthaired Pointer with tons of love and affection to offer. Photos don't do her justice. She is extremely intelligent, affectionate, and mellow, and is well socialized with other dogs. Everyone who comes in to contact with her notes her sweetness. She's there for you if you want to cuddle but won't be in your face about it. Safe around children of all ages. Kids who are typically more dog shy feel safe snuggling up to Lexie. Her foster says she loves to putz around the park and sniff gopher holes. She greets other dogs with a sniff and kisses. She's good with other dogs and children, and gets excited around squirrels, cats and birds. She's a great eater and no food aggression whatsoever. House trained, with no accidents and zero destruction to property. No excessive barking. She doesn’t get into things she’s not supposed to. Lexie is your cuddle bug. Your dream dog girl!
