Lenny Legume

We are looking for a very special home for Mr. Lenny Legume! See Lenny is a little well,,,, inbred. His Dad is also his mom's dad. While sometimes we do not see any issues, sometimes we do- like in Lenny. Lenny has some vision problems. He can see, but he does not appear to see well. He can at least see shadows. Maybe shapes. It is hard when a dog cannot tell us things like people can! He takes his time in new places and has trouble with heights like stairs. He would do best in a home with minimal stairs and he cannot be near an underground pool. It is very easy for him to fall in. He does best when memorizing the layout of his home and where the furniture is. Lenny must have another dog in his home who he came learn from in his environments- like going for walks and even in the backyard. He relies on the other dog to help him out with getting around. Lenny would do well with older kids too. We think that he would do well with cats. Lenny Legume is 10 weeks old and he is ready to find his forever home! His dad/granddad is a yellow lab and his mom is a lab/pitbull/dachshund (?) mix. He is much smaller than his brother so we think that he will stay in the 30-40 pound range when full grown. He is a low rider and has short legs!
