Meet Lenny, the happiest little guy around! Lenny is a sweet and affectionate dog who thrives on companionship and attention. Lenny's Traits:
Submissive Sweetheart:Lenny is a gentle soul who shows submissive behavior around larger dogs. He may roll onto his back as an appeasement behavior, but he’s happy to receive gentle belly rubs. He is very observant and likes to keep a watchful eye on his surroundings.
House Trained:Although he needs guidance to go outside, Lenny’s potty accidents have significantly decreased. He is 100% comfortable in his crate and knows the routine for staying in the backroom overnight.
Keen Observer: Lenny may have "old" eyes, occasionally missing treats held right in front of him, but he navigates his environment with ease and does not bump into things.
Foodie Favorites:Lenny has a discerning palate and loves cheese, turkey patties, and chicken. He prefers dry kibble over wet food but has a special fondness for Costco pork & chicken sausage treats.
Couch Companion: Lenny loves jumping up on the couch and moving around. He prefers to lie next to you, either snuggled like a sandwich or at your feet.
Additional Notes:
Bath Time & Swimming:Lenny could use a little grooming to clean up his face. We think he might enjoy swimming, which would be a great trust-building exercise.
Leash Training: We haven't made much progress with the leash yet, but his small size makes him easy to carry for now. Lenny would thrive in a home where he can be the center of attention and showered with love. If you’re looking for a devoted and affectionate companion, Lenny is your guy!
