Leila

We have 1 female black lab cross pup left for adoption at MLDHS. The mother of these pups showed up on a local acreage in January and moved in under their barn. She was pregnant but the people living there didn't know until the puppies showed their faces from under the barn one day. They couldn't keep the dogs so brought them to MLDHS to find them homes. Leila was the only pup with some white on her chest. Mom is Oreo and you should be able to see her on our site under Happy Tails to see what she looked like. Leila is 4 months old (July 7) and has been, vaccinated, de-wormed and boostered. She has recently started to learn to walk on leash and is doing well. She uses the doggy door at the shelter and does all her business outside in the pen so should be easily house broken. Leila is booked for her spay July 16th and will be ready to go to her very own family shortly thereafter.
