My Story

Please, call me leia. I am a female standard poodle who entered into this world in march of 2003. I am current on yearly vaccinations, have been spayed (thank goodness, I will not lose my figure) and heartworm negative (of course). I am being fostered, but grace the caaws residents with my presence on saturdays. I have acquired the nickname diva here, though I’m not sure why. I do know that I wish for someone to please come get me out of this place. I try to get a little beauty rest and there’s always some whiny baby barking or howling as if I care to listen. Personally, all that noise is giving me a migraine. Also, if that wasn’t enough, when I go outside to bask in the sun for a while, there they are again, those dogs, wanting to play. As if I’m going to break a sweat with them. Calgon, take me away! You must hurry and come get me. As you know, there are 4 saturday adoption days in each month, and I don’t know how much more of this pet bonding I can take.
