Larry is a beautiful young Border Collie mix. He is a neutered male about 1-2 years old.
Larry would love to have a new family that would truly care about him as his short life thus far has not been too pleasant. His previous owners obviously did not care about him. He was found with a cable around his belly that cut into him. You can see his injuries in his photos. Despite the mistreatment, Larry is a great
