4/11/10. Ladybug is a true sweety. Found along a long stretch of interstate highway her owner was never found. She is 2-3 years old and a very sweet lady. Like a lot of adult engish setters she will need a fenced yard or lots of walking but she is one of the quietest setters I have met. She is crate trained, pretty good on being house broken and walks well on a leash. Except at meal time (no sharing her dinner!) she has never met a dog or cat she does not like. Her foster mom has a 4 foot chainlink fence and she has never tried to climb or leave the yard but is not left out unattended for long periods. Ladybug likes nothing better than a soft dog bed at night and will do the setter 'whooooo woooo ' when she sees you. While Lady would probably do well with children we think she will also make a great dog for a single adult or an active senior. She is really a special gal. Once approved you are more than welcome to speak with the foster family. Her adoption fee is $410. This includes her spay, microchip, vaccinations, fecal check/deworming, health certificate, quarantine and transport. All dogs come with 30 days free health insurance.
