Most of our dogs are at the shelter but some are in foster homes. Before being adopted all dogs will spend 2 weeks in quarantine, receive 2 sets of vaccines, be dewormed twice, if over 6 months of age they will be tested for heart worms, and they will be spayed or neutered. The local adoption fee is $100. The out of state adoption fee is $125 which does not include transportation fees. 3/12/09 One cold morning we arrived at the Humane Society to discover the cutest little dog. She had been dumped out during the night and was so cold and hungry. She is very sweet but a little shy. She is ready for immediate adoption and would be a great addition to your family.
