Hello, my name is Kyra! I'm an 8 year old Great Dane weighing about 100 pounds. I know I'm a little older, but don't let that fool you, I'm full of energy, healthy, and love to go on walks. I'm very friendly with everyone, cats, kids, dogs, and even a pig! I know sit, speak, shake, and stay. I walk great on a leash. I am fully potty trained and will tell you when I need to go. I prefer to have my own space when I eat, and I don't like sharing my kennel as it's my safe space. Overall I'm the best girl though and I'd love a home and family to spend the rest of my golden years with. IMPORTANT: Please read all below, especially if you live outside of Texas, which is where our rescue is located. ALL of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or an additional fee varying by location for cats. If you are seeing our pets posted in your state, that's because you live near a transport stop, they are not currently at that location. Petfinder lists our pets as ""Out of Town"" pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it.
