Kova is my name and I am clearly the star of the show, have you seen my headshots? I'm a smart girl who is always willing and able to put in the work so long as you are there beside me. I've been doing a lot of work on myself, learning what I should and should not do and all of the ways to better myself. So far I'm kennel trained, but as a bonus can be trusted loose! My house training is on point and I know to do my business outside. My leash manners are definitely improving constantly but I will need someone who will continue to work on those with me. Like all good girls, I'm always hoping to gain skills and confidence to continue to be the best girl I can be! I make friends with other dogs I meet, so long as we have slow and proper introductions. Sharing my home with a fellow foster dog was great for my confidence when I first came into care! I met some cats and while I could share a home with them, I'd do best with dog savvy cats and they are definitely too fun to chase. I haven't met a ton of tiny humans yet, but their fast movements can make me a little nervous. Older kids that are 16 years old or older would be great. When I first came into care, I was very scared. I have been working on building my confidence with my foster mom and we are even taking a class together! That has helped a ton so maybe I could take another with you? I can get pretty barky when I'm nervous, but I am learning that I don't need to do that anymore.
