Donate to the PALS Doggy Digs Fund!
The Poweshiek Animal League Shelter is raising funds for a dog housing expansion at the shelter.
Money raised will enable construction of a 30 by 50 foot addition, which will house PALS dogs. It
will include new indoor and outdoor kennels, and will give dogs freedom to come in and out of the
building, all while staying safely contained.
Not only will this greatly benefit the dogs, but it will also benefit the cats, as the cat room will
be moved to the current dog room, giving much more space for playtime. The cat room will be converted
into a much needed isolation room.
Simply PayPal to [email protected] or mail your check to PALS, PO Box 123, Grinnell, IA 50112 - note that your donation is for the Doggy Digs Fund!
THANK YOU!!

Did you know that large black dogs are often the last to be adopted? Please don't overlook this precious boy.
This homeless kid is in PALS foster care, and not at the shelter, so be sure to call or e-mail PALS to set up a meeting! Thanks so much!
This is Koda writing to you from central Iowa, and I am looking for my furever family! I am getting along great and having a good time playing with the 2-legged and 4-legged kids at their house, and most impawtantly, I LOVE people and am very calm and loving.
I'm just about 10 months old, I'm not fur sure cuz I can't find my mommy to ask her. The PALS people think I could be 100% black lab and I'm a big big boy - all I know is that I'm 100% full of love and good times!! Hahaha!!! I will need some help with the potty-training, but I am very eager to please my fambly, so if you do give me that help, I'll do my very best to learn quickly! I've already been learning cool tricks like SIT and OFF, these sweet but silly 2-legged people seem to think that's really cool, and if it makes them happy, that's good with me too!
My most ideal home would be with a family who would love me like I love them - with peoples who want to spend lots of time just hanging out with me. I love to sit by my people's feet, or snuggle up to them. I like to play too, anything that is fun and gets me love and attention from the peoples I care about!
KodeDa's adoption donation is $95 which includes his neuter, microchipping, deworming, and shots. Please call or e-mail the PALS contact information located below to find out more about making this sweetheart a part of your family!

ADOPTIONS: We don't let the fact that you might live out of state stop any adoption that's meant to be, but you MUST be willing to drive, or fly, all the way to pick up your new family member.
ADOPTION DONATIONS: Adoption donations for PALS animals go directly either to medical care for those or other furkids in need, or towards maintenance, supplies, and improvement of the newly-built shelter!
