Such a handsome boy! Klinger was a stray picked up by Animal Control and rescued by CARES when his time was up (be rescued or die). He looks like a purebred Labrador Retriever, very handsome. He is a large boy at maybe 75#. We think he is about 2-3 years old. We are a very small rescue and Klinger's chance at adoption is online. Please notice him--being BIG, BLACK and MALE is so hard!
He gets along with other dogs, cats, and children. He is playful and will also just relax. We haven't heard him bark. We do not know if he is house trained.
Klinger loves to play with balls and stuffed toys. He could retrieve them forever! He carries them around so proudly, such a sweet boy!
Klinger deserves better than he's had so far in life. He is a great dog looking for a family that will appreciate and love him. Are you that family?
This dog's adoption fee is $150 (plus tax). This includes being spayed/neutered, current on Rabies (if over 4 months old), Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations, wormed, microchipped with the HomeAgain microchip, heartworm tested (if over 7 months old) and medicated during the heartworm season (May-Dec) while in our care, comes with a Gentle Leader headcollar (if the fee ends in a 5).
