Kima

ADOPT ME Kima is doing really well in foster care. She is spayed and UTD on vetting. She loves spending time with her foster mom's other small dogs, and she loves to get attention. We have not seen any aggression from her at all, but she does like to boss around one of her foster siblings (but is very submissive to the one dog who doesn't like her shenanigans). Kima is mostly good with the cats, but if they start to run, she will chase them. We are working on leash training and potty training. Right now she is still extremely terrified of the leash. She would do best in a home with at least one more small dog. After living her whole life in a pen with 35 other dogs, she seems to really appreciate the company of other dogs. She is estimated to be around 2 years old and she is around 8 lbs. Since this is the first time she has lived inside, she is exploring everything, and does like to chew up things she gets (and she gets everything!). Someone who enjoys a happy little dog with puppy energy would be perfect for Kima. If you're interested in adopting Kima, please fill out an application at animalluvrs.org. All of our adoptable rescues have a clean bill of health (unless otherwise stated), are spayed/neutered, vaccinated (age-appropriately), tested (FeLV/FIV for cats, HW for dogs over 6 months of age), current on flea and heartworm prevention and microchipped. This is all included in their adoption fee that goes in as a donation to help us cover their medical costs and continue to help other animals in need.
