He was picked up after running scared on the streets for weeks. Running in traffic and through neighborhoods just trying to survive. He nearly drowned after falling into someone’s pool. It took several attempts to capture him. Naturally, he needs time to decompress and adjust to his new situation.
He needs time to feel comfortable with new people. You will have to be patient and take your time with him.
