KELTIE IS ADOPTED This lovely gentleman finds himself looking for a place to live when his owner moved into a retirement home. Keltie is 11 years old, and although he is on heart medication, and probably has some arthritis, he is an active boy and in general good health. He is a loving, friendly Sheltie who enjoys people, including children, so we would consider a family with gentle, dog knowledgeable young ones. He likes to go on walks, but may pull so needs help in that area. He is good with both dogs and cats, but in normal Sheltie fashion, this boy loves to chase things, and will go after cars, bikes, and anything that moves quickly. He needs to be on leash whenever he is out of a fenced area. Keltie does not get up on the furniture, and does not need in-house supervision. The pictures show him clipped, due to an introduction to a skunk. Keltie is an all-around, nice boy.
