Kelsie was rescued from a dog pound and our transporter said he rode like an absolute dream in the car to the vets. In fact, he sat on her lap the entire ride and did not move a muscle. Kelsie is 16 lbs full grown, but could stand to gain another 5 lbs. and approx. 2 years old. He is vaccinated and neutered. UPDATE 4/23: Kelsie is in a foster home with several other dogs, cats and really likes to play with them. Kelsie has been professionally trained by a dog trainer and is housebroken, crate trained and knows basic obedience. Kelsie needs a home with adults or only teenage kids because he can be possessive of his food since he was starved when we rescued him but this situation is completely manageable. He has improved greatly since working with his trainer. His foster mom is very attached to him and knows that whomever adopts him will become very attached to him.
