Miss Kalayla is an active full breed German Shepherd, with a gentle spirit. This beautiful 4 year old gal is at the extreme end of affectionate. She is sweet, and super cuddlicious! Kalayla will melt you with her attention, and is an ideal companion. All she asks is for a belly rub whenever it's cuddle time, along with some daily walks or hikes. Kalayla would also like a nice yard to run and/or hang out in. More than anything though, she would like to be with her people, around her people, and near her people. She is both dog & people friendly, and has a gentle, yet strong presence that makes the connection so much more real. You can never be alone when you are with her. Kaylala's story consists of being purchased from a breeder, inadvertently getting pregnant, having her first litter, a rescue agreeing to adopt out pups and cover the cost to spay to prevent a second litter, a second litter occurs anyway (because owner did not spay), and an agreement made to release her and her puppies to rescue. Since then she has been spayed and a mammogramy tumor they discovered has thankfully been removed. She is currently in good health, and expected to continue leading a healthy life. She also shares a foster home with her 2 adult puppies, Leo & Geo, who are 1 year old, and also available for adoption. And side note: No cats for this girl.
