My Story

Junior is one of 3 puppies that were abandoned in a tennis court during a particularly bad storm. The 3 puppies were left without food, shelter or water (other than rainwater). Many people posted about the puppies on social media but one couple decided to take action and took the puppies home. They contacted WAR who agreed to help and they have continued to foster the puppies to this day. All three dogs have received excellent care and socialization during their time with their foster family. They are leash trained, house trained, crate trained and can be indoors or out. They are good with children, other dogs and cats. German Shepards in general are very loyal, loving and protective of their families. They are an intelligent and athletic breed most suited for a home with a yard and regular attention from their family. Junior is very close with his sister Princess...we would love to see them be adopted together, but they can be adopted separately if necessary. Junior is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered. If you are interested in adopting Princess, please complete an adoption application on the Wilton Animal Rescue website https://wiltonanimalrescue.com/adoption-application/
