My Story

ADOPTION PENDING! Do you really think I am a dog? I am not. I am a doll baby. I am so cute & cuddly & just want to be in your arms. Okay. I confess. I am a young husky gal. So when you turn your back, do you REALLY think I am going to sit still and not get into something, anything? My birthday is November 5, 2005, and my AKC number is WS-154529/03. My mother is a red & white Siberian Husky named Ochoa’s Raging Roby Reaux (AKC WR-070196/03). My father is also a red & white Siberian Husky. His name is Ochoa’s Jumping Jack Flash (AKC WS-106385/01, AKC DNA #V410171). I weigh 36 pounds. A dainty and gentle lass, I am great with all sorts of people and dogs. Cats are the other white meat. I originally was purchased from a breeder. Then my “brother” and I were dumped in a county shelter. That same day I came to rescue. The reason we were dumped is our “parents” got divorced and mom got in trouble because we barked too much. Sometimes people do not tell the real reason. My foster mom says it was either a lie or my “brother” was the barker because I haven’t barked once in foster care! An absolute sweetheart, I really do not know many commands except not to potty in the house. Though my name was Josey when I came to rescue, I was renamed Josie after a hero. See Josie.
