Hi, I’m Joni, and my momma is Keg, the adorable Dachshund/Jack Russell Terrier mix who was already adopted with CAAWS. Mom and I, along with my other four siblings (John Boy(adopted), Skip, India & Jamie) were all dumped at a local high kill animal control shelter. Thankfully, not only did some kind soul see to it that momma was saved and brought to CAAWS, they took the whole family. Momma says that we will probably all go to separate homes, but to just thank our lucky starts that we will all have a chance at life and love now. Like momma, I am a female Dachshund/Jack Russell Terrier mix born approximately 9/30/09. I am current on my shots and have been spayed. I’m the baby of the bunch and will let you hold me on my back and be cuddled. I like all the other dogs here in my foster home, but tend to be the first to run to foster mom when the level gets too high for me. Well, I better go, it’s time for bed and I just love having a soft one to lay my head in finally.
