What a fun dog! Joker is a 3 year old male, purebred Border Collie with dwarfism (according to a DNA test)! He is an absolute HOOT to have around as he talks to you and just makes you laugh. He is a happy boy that appears to like other dogs and everyone he meets. He will do best with someone that can give him some time and attention as he does not like to be left out of the party!
