Hi my name is Joan and I have 5 other siblings on this site. S.A.F.E. volunteers answered a plea to save 6 puppies and I was one of them! We were living under a shed and our Momma was trying to feed us. See the people who lived there decided the best way to get rid of us was to starve us to death. Momma is wonderful, she protected us and made sure we had food although she was just skin and bones. A good samaritan found us and began feeding us. She sent out an email and S.A.F.E came to our rescue. Volunteers from S.A.F.E spent quite a few hours trying to convince us that life could be better and finally me and all my siblings decided we would give it a try - Momma came too but she was not as sure. We are in a foster home now and having the time of our lives. We have food, beds, toys, treats, foster siblings and people who love us! If you have a lap, I would love to sit in it! I love everybody and I just melt into your arms as you hold me and love on me. I like to play with my siblings and have discovered that toys are a lot of fun! A FOSTER PET WILL NOT BE SHIPPED TO SOMEONE LIVING OUTSIDE THE ADOPTION AREA NOR WILL ANYONE BE ALLOWED TO COME PICK A PET UP FROM US. YOU MUST BE 21 TO ADOPT FROM OUR GROUP.
