Meet Jesse!!!! He is a Beautiful 6 month old retriever Mix ( we believe that he is part Spaniel or Gordon Setter) weighing 26 lbs, so will be a medium sized dog when full grown. He is being fostered in the south with a family that has children of all ages and several other dogs. Jesse is described as an ABSOLUTE DOLL! very sweet, gentle & friendly boy who is well socialized with adults and children. He has a moderate activity level and is very outgoing. We are a network of foster homes in the South and the New England area. THERE IS NO SPECIFIC SHELTER LOCATION. If you wish to meet our dogs, you must first be approved by going through our application and screening process.
Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs. All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered. Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee. Also, any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the south and will prefer to "do their business" outdoors.
