Oh, Jersey . . . you're a bad boy ! This little dog keeps getting caught by the dog catcher - as we call him at the shelter a "repeat offender." This time though, his family is not bailing him out. So, little Jersey is looking for a new family - one with a fenced backyard so he can go outside without running into that mean old dog catcher. He is 1 1/2 years old and purebred Shih Tzu. Jersey is great with kids.
