Adoption requirements:
1. Must be 18 years of age or have approval from a parent or guardian.
2. Adopters that rent their home must give landlord's information to New Beginnings prior to adoption and permission to have pets will be confirmed.
3. All dogs are up to date on rabies, parvo and distemper vaccinations, microchipped and spayed/neutered.
