Luckily someone picked him up, and he found his way into our care. Jed is a sweet soul who LOVES people and other animals. He will go right up to a stranger and wrap his arms around their neck in a warm embrace. This lovely gentleman is incredibly undemanding, needing only a quick trip outside for potty breaks before happily returning indoors.
