Meet Jax a 5yr old male chihuahua who came to us when his owner was moving and said they could not take him with them. Jax is very sweet once he warms up to you but does take time to trust. We suspect he was not treated well in the past, especially by men. He will need an experienced dog owner. He is fine with kids if they allow him to approach them and does great with the foster's grandkids.
He is in foster with other dogs and does well. He is also house trained. Jax has learned to play! He had no idea prior to coming to us what a toy was and now loves them!
Jax is neutered and up to date on vaccinations.
