Jasper was owner surrendered to the shelter on 02/05/2009. Jasper belong to an elderly lady who passed away and the family did not want him. He was given to the cleaning lady who just did not have time for him. Jasper is 9 years old, is AKC registered, weighs appx 8 pounds and was born on 09/23/2000. Jasper is a wonderful dog and is housetrained! Please help us find Jasper his "forever home.
