Jammy

Jammy is a really out-going friendly Lab-Pit mix who came to the shelter 6/2/23 at age 1 year, weighing 60 lbs. He seems well socialized and happy-go-lucky. Jammy was a transfer to us from the county pound. Jammy sat very quietly with lovely manners while I was taking pictures even with all the other dogs riled up and barking. He is a very calm and well-mannered dog most of the time but can get barky or excited sometimes. He got adopted briefly but returned because they said he wasn't good with cats. However, they said otherwise, he was a great dog. He seems to have been house-broken in a previous home but would need a refresher course due to living in a shelter kennel so long. He loves water and on a hot day, will jump right into the plastic baby pools of water we have in our fenced areas. He splashes around and gets silly.
