Hi! My name is Jake. I’m 9 years old and my foster mom says I’m the perfect mix of love, snuggles and fun! I’m also very cute with my big brown eyes and stand up ears. My favourite outside activities are chasing a ball with my foster brothers and playing with the hose. My favourite inside activities are hanging out with my humans and snuggling, especially on the couch or in the big bed (my foster dad says I snore but I’m nothing compared to him). Oh, you don’t have to worry about my age, I am very healthy and I keep up with my busy 3 yr old foster brother, I’m just a bit more mellow. I walk very well on a leash, can sit, stay, “go pee” on command and I know that a well placed “sit pretty” gets me lots of cute points with my humans. Sometimes I sit pretty if I just want to be lifted up and cuddled, I’m very clever! I love people but don’t know much about the little ones that make noise and run around. I prefer it if you let me know before you pick me up or move me when I’m sleeping. If new dogs are properly introduced to me I get along famously with them. Right now I live with 3 foster dogs and we have dog visitors too.
