My Story

March 20, 2006:

Jack never made it out of the shelter. A place was found for you but a day to late.
Your people gave you up and then others let you down.
Somehow we hope you knew there was at least one person who never gave up on you. She did all she could until there was nothing more that could be done.
Rest in peace Jack.

February 12, 2006:

Jack really needs a foster or adoption home ASAP. Jack loves people and is a very sweet boy. Jack has a nice lab personality and is eager to please. Jack needs training and a smart handler, which he did not have with the owners who dumped him at the SPCA for "issues".
TNT Shar Pei rescue has already assessed Jack with an excellent trainer and we are confident that he will learn to follow his leader and then be able to socialize better with other dogs, so TNT is going to Sponsor Jack to take his training classes. We will also offer assistance or even take him through the training. Once he has had some personal training classes, he will be able to attend a free group class every week with the trainer to continue being all the dog he can be. We have had great success with This trainer before and so we think Jack has a great future, he is just waiting for YOU, so it can start.
Jack is currently at the Vancouver SPCA and can be viewed there, but TNT Shar Pei Rescue hope to find him a foster home as soon as possible. Check back for updates.
