Meet Jack

Jack was found on the streets of Houston, Texas, running with another dog named Boris. The streets in the area Jack and Boris were found in are very dangerous for dogs and the shelters are over capacity. A kind lady temporarily took them home, in hopes of finding them their own forever families.
Jack is a very submissive, gentle boy who takes a few moments to warm up to new people, but once he does, he loves to solicit pets and attention. He is fostered in a home with 9 other dogs, and has gotten along well with them. Jack is very attached to Boris, and cries when he doesn't see him, therefore he would be happiest in a home with another friendly dog. A litter of puppies was born and weaned in the foster home as well, and Jack had much fun allowing the puppies to wrestle with him and chase him. The foster also has grandchildren who are 3 years old and 6 years old, and Jack was kind to the children.
Jack is currently in Texas, but his adoption fee of $375 includes transportation to an out-of-state adopter.
