This is a hard post for me to do. Izzie was one of my students when I taught obedience. She is a special girl. It is even harder considering the circumstances that she is looking for a new home. Izzie's mom and dad are moving where dogs her size are not allowed.
Izzie is a german shepherd/mastif mix with alot of Shepherd in her. She is full of energy and loves to run (so a big yard would be great). Izzie requires exercise. If you don't want to exercise her, she is not the dog for you. A tired dog is a good dog. She is very good with commands (sit, lay-dow, shake, etc). Although when you play fetch, the fetch part is you getting the toy away from her. She is very good with little kids and loves other dogs.
Izzie needs a 6 foot fence or someone willing to take her for daily exercise. She is very capable & willing to jump a 4 foot fence. Izzie has a brother now, so if you are looking for a 2nd dog for a playmate for your current dog......LOOK NO FURTHER
