Meet Isla, a fun and friendly female puppy who is just full of love and energy! Isla was diagnosed with Hypertrophic Osteitis, which is a condition where her growth plates in her front legs are growing faster than she is. The vet said she should grow out of it by the time she is 2 years old and she is just given an anti-inflammatory when she is feeling sore. But that sure does not slow her down! Isla is a very affectionate puppy who loves to be the center of attention. She is also very curious and playful, always getting into mischief whenever she can. She is athletic and would be a great running or hiking buddy for someone active. Isla is a funny and silly dog, always making us laugh. She loves to play and is very good at making new friends. Isla is a puppy, so she is still learning how to behave around other dogs and would do better with an active, playful male dog.
