Isabelle has suffered terrible abuse in Taiwan. She is currently in Taiwan awaiting a foster home or foster-to-adopt home in the USA. To view her story visit our website. This is a cooperative rescue effort between Kindred Souls Foundation and Animal Rescue Team Taiwan. These dogs have no chance at life in Taiwan and must be sent overseas to live.
The only way we can bring these rescue dogs over to the USA is with a foster or foster-to-adopt home secured. If you see a dog for whom you are interested you contact us to learn more. Basically, you agree to foster the dog with the intent to adopt should you find the dog is a good match for you. If he/she is not, then you foster him/her until another adoptive home is found. The reason we do foster to adopt is because no one should commit to adopting an animal companion without first meeting and interacting with him/her. We can’t offer this opportunity when they are in Taiwan (!) and we cannot bring them over unless placement is secured since we are not a shelter facility.
