Meet our Encanto crew. These puppies are 13 weeks old (born 4/30/24) and we presume they are Lab/Terrier mixes. They are a bit larger than our other pups of the same age, so we think they could mature to be 40-60lbs. These puppies were brought into a rural shelter in KY at 6 weeks old and had no interest. They made their journey up north so they didn’t have to continue growing up in a shelter. They currently sleep together in a play pen with an open crate door and are happy to explore on a leash but still learning. They prefer to go potty outside and are very good motivated so should be easily trainable. They are currently fostered in a home with other dogs and can be a bit rambunctious, so a playful dog who can tolerate puppy shenanigans is a must if entering a home with an existing dog. They are curious about cats but leave them be when they walk away. They love meeting new people and are playful, but snuggly! They will be spayed/neutered at our vet in Hamburg, NY between 6-8 months of age. This is included in their adoption fee, but a potential adopter will be responsible for getting them to this appointment and must be local enough to do so. We DO NOT adopt outside of the United States.
