Huxley (Kai)

Huxley is an energetic pup, looking for an active family who will take him on lots of adventures! His foster mom reports he is house trained, crate trained, knows basic commands (sit, come, heal, down, yes, and no), loves toys, and having fun with other larger dogs. He walks nicely on leash, and is very treat motivated, making him super easy to train. He is best suited for a home where he is the only dog, or with dogs as large as he is. He is around 9 months old and 60 pounds. Midwest Animal ResQ offers a 30-day adjustment period within which you can evaluate the pet's progress and your adoption decision. If, within those 30 days, you determine your recently adopted pet isn't a good fit, you may return the animal and receive a MARQ credit that can be used toward the adoption of another animal. All dogs are spayed or neutered, microchipped, Heartworm tested, and current on vaccinations and preventions prior to adoption.
