Hunter, that was his given name. We estimate he's about 3 years old. His story is undeniably heart-wrenching.
In the quiet woods of Mt. Vernon, NY, Hunter was callously abandoned. His owner heartlessly left him behind, a cruel act witnessed by a compassionate bystander. Overwhelmed with concern, the witness watched as Hunter desperately chased after his departing owner.
Terrified for his safety, her immediate priority was ensuring Hunter wouldn't be harmed by passing cars. Without hesitation, she brought him to the New Rochelle Humane society, And is now welcome to Trina & Friends K9 Rescue
Hunter, a truly gentle soul, had sadly fallen victim to the deceit of his previous owner. Despite the betrayal he endured, he remains an incredibly kind-hearted boy. We are determined to give him the love and security he deserves.
Currently Hunter is in foster near Bayvill NJ.
Please help us find him a foster or forever home .
Please Note- Currently we don’t know how he is with Dogs, He doesn’t seem to be reactive.
He however is Leary of men we suspect his prior owner who dumped him was a Man..
Again we need someone with experience who will give him the time needed, he has been through so much .
