Calling all BIG DOG LOVERS! Meet HUNTER, our gentle giant who is looking for his forever home! Hunter was adopted from ARF a few years ago and he is now back with us through no fault of his own. He is a 5 year old Belgian Malinois / Mastiff mix (?) weighing in at a solid 101 lbs! He's a strong, yet sweet-natured boy with a BIG HEART to match his great size! Hunter is learning to adjust back to life at our rescue, but he belongs in a loving home where he can thrive and let his true personality shine! We were told that before he came to ARF, he got along with a female dog and cats, and he temporarily lived with a child who was 13 years old, so a family with older children and breed experience would be ideal. Hunter already knows many of his basic commands, is house and crate trained, neutered, UTD on his required vaccines, smart, very sweet, and affectionate! All that he is missing is YOU and a home to call his own! We are hoping he does not need to spend too much time in the shelter before his forever family comes to adopt him!
